- We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- All claims for damaged, faulty, or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- No returns are accepted without prior approval from Goood Supplies LLC.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective product).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- If you are shipping a return, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return without proof of delivery.
